Course overview

This 2-day course covers the differences between the new HP XP 9500 Disk Array and previous generation HP XP arrays. Students learn the hardware architecture and new user interface for the P9500. The course is 70 percent lecture and 30 percent hands-on labs using HP arrays.


Prerequisites

Participants will be expected to have the following experience:
  • An understanding of the architecture of the StorageWorks XP disk array
  • Configuration experience on an XP disk array

Audience

Storage administrators with prior HP XP Storage experience who will be implementing P9500 solutions.
