• A) If you have received a free "Access Code" , follow the instructions below to Launch the course using the access code:
1. Go to HK317AAE WBT link on HP eLearning page
2. Create an account and then Login (bottom left hand corner of above URL page) to your user account
3. Then click on "My User Account" link in the left navigation bar
4. Next click on "My permissions" tab
5. Add the ACCESS CODE to your permissions by Clicking on "Attach Code"
6. Go to "My Online Learning" and click on the course title. Then click on "Launch Course

Course overview

This self-paced WBT course provides students with an overview of the features, functionality, and benefits of the Insight Control Software suite.

This course will enable students to:

• Provide a brief overview of HP Insight Control
• Identify and describe functions and benefits of HP Insight Control
• Describe briefly the components of HP Insight Control
• Describe the features of Insight Control components such as HP SIM, and how these features/components can be used to manage a system infrastructure

By the end of the course, students will understand:

• The features of HP Insight Control 7.0
• The functionality of HP Insight Control 7.0
• The features of iLO management processors

Prerequisites

• Basic knowledge of networking and Windows Server operating system before starting this course

Audience

• Individuals who are implementing Insight Control, or who are considering such an implementation. Individuals who are evaluating tools to better manage their system infrastructure
