Course overview
The HP Scitex XP2xxx Series Level 1 Service and Repair course is a combined training for all HP-Scitex XP2000 machines. The course introduces the XP2100/2700/2750 and 2300 machines to the engineer and exposes him to their different systems. It also covers the machines’ main features and the difference between them. Finally, it prepares the engineer for supporting customers and to dealing with common problems they are facing. The course is based on theoretical and practical sessions.
Prerequisites
English comprehension at a technical level required for comprehending the course materials
Exposure to either the XP2100 or the XP2700 machines (assistance/ participation in an activity, a demo, a show, etc.)
Mandatory: At least one installation or one service call accompanying an experienced engineer on either XP2100/2700 machines
Note: Familiarity with the XP2100 or the XP5100/5300 machines does not require training on the XP2300
