Course overview
The HP Scitex XL1200/XL1500 Level 2 Service and Repair course is designed to provide XL1200/1500 Hardware engineers with advanced technical skills, in order to enhance their knowledge and abilities on the machine. The course offers a combination of extra basic mechanical adjustments and dismantles, together with new and advanced technical skills and sessions. Due to the maturity of the product, it is important to give all Field Service Engineers (FSE) a general overview of present and past configuration of the product, together with an enhancement of existing knowledge of the product.
Prerequisites
English comprehension at a technical level required for comprehending the course materials
Proven work experience with the XL1500 machines, past and present configurations
Recommended: Proven experience on supporting the machine , including installations , break fixes and trouble shooting
