HP Scitex TJ8xxx Application/Level 2 Service and Repair

Course overview

The HP Scitex TJ8xxx Application/Level 2 Service and Repair course covers advanced issues not included in the HP Scitex TJ8xxx Level 1 Service and repair course. It is designated to train the machine's engineers to deal with more problematic issues in the field, and to support basic issues of the ONYX application. The training provides in depth knowledge on the machine's mechanical issues (related to the drums), on the IDS (Ink Delivery System), on the Registration and more.

Prerequisites

• English comprehension at a technical level required for comprehending the course materials
• Level 2 engineers
• Completion of the HP Scitex TJ8xxx Level 1 Service and Repair course (HK240)
• Performance of at least 1-2 installations and 3-5 service calls on either machine prior to training
• Capability and knowledge to deal with the machine's quality problems
• Mandatory: Completion of the RIP Application Training CBT
