Special notes

  • HH026S (this course), which focuses on knowing ITIL and on tips and techniques for planning, studying, preparing for and taking the exam. This course should be taken shortly after taking U8687S ITIL Manager Service Support and U8688S ITIL Manager Service Delivery
  • H8990S ITIL Managers Exam Prep: Case Study Analysis, which focuses on analysis of the case study used in the exam. This course should be taken approximately two weeks prior to sitting the exams. HPE synchronizes the delivery of this course with the availability of the case study that students receive approximately 2-3 weeks prior to taking the exams

Course overview

This 2-day course provides the participant with the techniques and study aids necessary to prepare for the ITIL (IT Infrastructure Library) Service Support and the Service Delivery exams (U3269S and U3270S). Participants will leave this session with study aids including a personalized ITIL study prep plan, Service Support and Service Delivery mind maps, and more in order to assist them in passing the Service Delivery and Service Support exam for the ITIL Manager Certification.

Required

  • Completion of courses U8687S ITIL Manager Service Support and U8688S ITIL Manager Service Delivery

Strongly Recommended

  • Study time with the two books ITIL Service Support (ISBN 0-11-330015-8)  and ITIL Service Delivery (ISBN 0-11-330017-4)

  • ITIL v2 Service Manager candidates studying/preparing for the Service Support (U3269S) and Service Delivery (U3270S) exams.
