Course overview

The Advanced HP Remote Graphics Software (RGS) Configuration and Troubleshooting course provides an in-depth discussion of RGS configuration options and how those configuration options affect RGS operation. Prerequisites

HP recommends that students have attained the following credentials or levels of experience before taking this course:
  • HP Blade PC and Workstation Essentials WBT (HG820AAE)
  • Ability to perform basic hp Thin Client setup and configuration tasks
  • Ability to perform basic RGS installation, configuration, and connection
  • Ability to perform Windows and Linux basic OS tasks
  • Demonstrate knowledge of network infrastructure concepts and definitions, standard TCP/IP networking and associated concepts (DNS, DHCP, LAN, WAN)
