Course overview

This course provides prepress professionals with the knowledge and skills to submit jobs to an HP Indigo 1050/3050 Digital Press. The main focus is the HP Indigo Tool, SmartStream Designer. The course is 40 percent lecture and 60 percent hands-on.

Prerequisites

• Minimum of 1 year digital prepress experience Macintosh or PC
• Working knowledge of QuarkXPress 7.x or
• Working knowledge of the Adobe CS4 suite including InDesign, Illustrator, Photoshop, and Acrobat
