Course overview

This CE enrichment training course focuses on troubleshooting methods and tools to aid the field technician diagnosing and correcting some of the most common problems encountered in the field. This course is for field technicians who have been servicing the HP5000. The course covers the maintenance, and servicing of the mechanical, electronic, fluid and substrate transport systems of the hp indigo press 5000 with the focus on the differences between the previous series II technology and hp indigo press 5000.


Prerequisites

A person who meets the requirements for this course has:

  • Completed the HP Indigo Press 5000 service & repair for series II customer engineers (U8622S)
  • English comprehension at a technical level, appropriate for comprehending the course materials
