The level three course is a service level maintenance and repair training program for shared maintenance operators, and is a hands-on course. The course focuses on the interaction and function of the mechanical, electronic, fluid, imaging and substrate transport systems on the HP Indigo 3050 Digital Press. Participants will learn how to apply theoretical knowledge, hands-on troubleshooting, and maintenance skills to resolve problems, install SW patches and implement hardware FCO’s (field change orders). The course will introduce more advanced topics, and review the important fundamental adjustments within the press.
Prerequisites
A person who meets requirements for the Level 3 course has a background of:
Successfully completed HP Indigo 3050 Digital Press; Shared Maintenance training program: U8509S
A minimum of 3 months experience on the HP Indigo 3050 Digital Press after completing HP Indigo 3050 Digital Press; Shared Maintenance training
Knowledge of electrical and electronics, system schematics and PC/ Windows
Has good mechanical repair skills
Has experience using electronic test equipment

Qualified HP Indigo Digital Press Shared Customers who will be required to perform service routines that include repair, troubleshooting, corrective maintenance and preventative maintenance on the HP Indigo press 3050.
