ITIL V3 foundation bridging course

Course overview

This 1-day course is provided to give candidates a fast track route to an ITIL version 3 Foundation certificate level of knowledge. This course is intended for existing holders of ITIL Foundation Certificates from earlier ITIL versions. This course highlights the new topics in ITIL version 3 and the main differences from earlier ITIL versions. It is provided as a 1 day course with a short (20 question, 30 minute multiple choice exam at the end).

NOTE: For classroom based sessions the certification exam will be administered at 4:00 pm on the day of class. Students should make travel plans accordingly. For Remote RAIL sessions, students will need to register for the exam and travel to an approved site in the local area to take the proctored exam if desired. NOTE: Students must be able to provide proof of ITIL Foundation certification in order to take the ITIL V3 Bridging exam offered as part of this course.

• ITIL Foundations (H1846S) or equivalent
