Course overview

This one day seminar presents the major new features and functions of HP-UX 11i v3. It is designed for System and IT Managers familiar with HP-UX 11i and covers both HP 9000 PA-RISC and HP Integrity systems. Topics of discussion focus on new and enhanced security, networking, and administration features of HP-UX 11i v3. The seminar is 100% lecture and presentation.


Prerequisites

  • HP-UX system and network administration I (H3064S) and HP-UX system and network administration II (H3065S) or
  • HP-UX system and network administration for experienced UNIX system administrators (H5875S) or
  • Previous equivalent experience in HP-UX, Solaris, AIX ,Tru-64 or Linux System Administration
