The HP Designjet Z2100/Z3100/T1100/T610 Printer Series Service & Support Training Course is 3-days. This course gives service professionals the tools and information necessary to service and support the HP Designjet Z2100, Z3100, T1100 and T610 Printer series. The topics addressed in class cover information from a user perspective, as well as a support and service perspective covering both hardware and software. Students receive full hands-on hardware training, as well as troubleshooting tips and techniques. Technical data and other valuable support information is also provided.
