Course overview

This course provides students with the skills needed to effectively use and manage the HP ServiceCenter 6.x Software product. This administrator level course focuses on understanding the Request Management application. This 5-day course is 50 percent lecture and 50 percent hands-on.

  • HP ServiceCenter 6.x Software: Implementation Consultant Boot Camp (LP-SC600-6.x) for partners only. Or
  • HP ServiceCenter 6.x software: Tailoring (HE422S)
