Course overview

This course addresses financial budgeting, accounting and charging. It gives you an understanding of where costs come from and how much the IT service delivered costs per service unit. This 2-day course is 75 percent lecture and 25 percent hands-on.


Prerequisites

  • ITIL foundations (H1846S) or ITIL foundation for IT Service Management with Control IT (H9015X)
  • Passing performance on the Foundation Certificate in IT service management exam
  • Experience working with financial management

Audience

  • IT professionals responsible for executing tasks within the financial areas of IT service management.
  • ITIL (IT Infrastructure Library) financial managers who want in depth practical knowledge about the financial management ITIL process.
  • Business analysts and other ITIL process managers with interest in the financial management process.
