Course overview

The Administering HP CloudSystem Matrix Solutions course prepares the participant to administer and operate a private cloud environment based on the HP CloudSystem Matrix solution. The Administering HP CloudSystem Matrix Solutions course prepares new candidates for the HP ATP – Cloud Administrator V1 certification within the HP ExpertOne program.


There are no required prerequisite certifications.
Recommended prerequisite knowledge - It is strongly recommended that the candidate pursuing the HP ATP –Cloud Administrator certification has the following knowledge and experience:

  • Managing HP BladeSystem environments, including Onboard Administrator and Virtual Connect
  • Using HP Insight Management software to manage the Converged Infrastructure environments
  • Using VMware vCenter Server to manage a basic virtualization environment


An HP employee, a channel partner, or a customer who needs to learn the administrative and operational tasks of a private cloud environment built on HP CloudSystem Matrix.
