Overview

	This certification is a hardware support certification designed for field repair engineers who need to perform basic troubleshooting, repair, installation, configuration, and/or verification of operation of HP BladeSystem products. The training for this certification provides familiarization with all HP BladeSystem products, with an emphasis on break-fix troubleshooting.

Target Audience

	This certification is aimed at Service technicians who work for HP or HP channel partners.

Summary of Requirements

	The candidate for this certification must hold 1 prerequisite and must successfully complete 1 core requirement exam.

Choose 1 of 2 server fundamentals prerequisites

Exam HP2-T16: Industry Standard Architecture and Technology (HPES Course = HK751S)
or CompTIA Server+ third party certification

Core Requirement

	Exam HP2-T19: Servicing HP BladeSystem (HP Course# HE643S and HE646S for customers)
