and HP Care Pack Total Education One. Flexible, economical, simple to purchase and easy to use—HP Care Pack
Services for Education are ideal for those customers who know that training will be needed during the
upcoming months, but are not exactly sure of the specifics (who? what? when?). With HP Care Pack Total
Education, you purchase a volume of training credits upfront, and then redeem the training credits as you need
them. Care Pack Total Education is valid for 12 months from the date of activation and can be used to attend
any training offered by HP Education Services—including open enrollment classes at HP Education Centers;
live, online classes by HP RAIL; dedicated onsite training; or online, self-paced training courses offered through

HP Care Pack Total Education/Total Education One Terms and Conditions: |

HP Care Pack Services for Education can be redeemed for any course offered by HP
Education Services. Qualifying courses may be found at here. EXCEPTION: Care Pack funds cannot be used for industry events or training provided by
other HP organizations. Funds from HP Care Pack Total Education cannot be used for
training on HP Software products and services from here.
The duration of the HP Care Pack Total Education is 12 months from the date of activation. “Refills” can be
purchased anytime during this period, however, those funds are subject to the same expiration date.
Training must be scheduled prior to the Care Pack expiration date.
Any unused funds at expiration are forfeited and no extension beyond expiration is permitted.
HP Care Pack Services for Education purchased in the U.S. or Canada can be used for training deliveries
solely within these countries.
