Troubleshooting and suggestions |
- Remove the black print cartridge and check the pressure lever on front of the cartridge slot.
Show me how.
- If the pressure lever is broken, contact HP.
- If the pressure lever is not broken, perform the black print cartridge test procedure for missing color. Show me how.
- Wait until the printer returns to the Ready state. Note that this will take several minutes.
- Print another set of PQ troubleshooting pages. Show me how.
- Look at the new set of test pages. If the issue is not resolved, contact HP.
