Description
Low density color patches are missing. Users usually recognize this issue as a hue shift or incorrect colors.

 Most likely causes
The printer is not calibrating properly.

 Troubleshooting and Suggestions
  1. Calibrate the printer. Show me how.
  2. Print another diagnostics page. Show me how.
  3. Look at the diagnostics page you just printed. If performing Step 1 did not eliminate the issue, try calibrating the printer again. Do not calibrate more than three times.

    Note that this troubleshooting procedure may only temporarily resolve the issue. If the issue persists, contact HP.

  4. If the issue is not resolved, contact HP.
