Notes
•Further information about this release can be found in the Release Notes. Refer to RDP 3.81 Release Notes (Article 2003).
•Some target platforms require minimum firmware versions. Refer to Minimum Firmware Requirements For Target Servers (Article 200).
•Some target platforms with custom configurations require manual intervention. Search for the server model in the Rapid Deployment Pack Knowledge Base.
•To deploy Microsoft Windows 2008, refer to Implementing Microsoft Windows Server 2008 on HP ProLiant Servers.
•Not every target platform configuration is supported by VMware ESX. Refer to ProLiant server VMware support matrix.
•Not every target platform configuration is supported by Windows Server 2003, Compute Cluster Edition. Refer to HP cluster configuration support.
•Deployment to virtual machines requires manual intervention. Refer to Virtual Machine Deployment Support (Article 193).
•Red Hat Linux updates that were supported by a previous RDP version can be deployed using imaging.
•Configuration of and operating system deployment to servers with RAID enabled through the ROM-Based Setup Utility (RBSU) is not supported.
