There are some exciting changes going on with our "self-solve" knowledgebase for HP Exstream. We have recently audited over 3,300 articles and retired 1,100 of them, which were obsolete. The remaining 2,200 articles are being updated and will be more useful and easily found.. Our support engineers have been trained in the latest writing standards and are working to ensure these articles will improve your overall knowledgebase experience. Some of the improvements you will see are:

• Articles are now categorized with updated (current) product names.

• 'exstream remote collaboration'

In addition to the 2,200 articles that are being updated, we are also adding new articles and bridging some of the product gaps of missing information. Our focus will be around new product areas that are lacking any significant content in the knowledgebase such as 'Live', 'Live Application Library', and 'Remote Collaboration'.
