Service Qualifications cover the basic skills necessary to provide service and
support for specific products and product families as required by HP service
provider programs.
Each technician must hold the Service Qualification for the product to be eligible
for warranty repair of HP products. In addition, their employer must be authorized
as an HP Service Partner.
