This credential is transitioning to a newer version, and no new candidates will be accepted after 31 December 2006. A new credential will take its place beginning June 2006.

Individuals who hold the transitional credential will continue to be recognized as HP Certified Professionals with no impact to program benefits at this time. However, professionals certified in this technology are encouraged to upgrade to the newest credential. An upgrade path to progress to CSE - HP OpenVMS v8 can be found here.
