All points that are eligible for the calendar year 2005 have been fully awarded in the Annual Points (CEU) Navigator. As the previous point structure was based on credential levels requesting either 2 points, 4 points or 6 points, the new Continuous Learning initiative requires 8 points per HP Technology family and 16 points for multiple certifications across more than 2 HP Technology families. To meet the new structure of the Annual Point Requirements all points you have already collected under the previous EMEA recertification initiative have more or less been doubled to reflect the new point structure. Thus, all Certified Professionals who have collected a sufficient number of points under the previous recertification requirements will find 8 up to 16 points in CertPro depending on the number of certificates held so no further action will be required.
So please don´t be surprised to see more points than you would have expected when you visit the Annual Points (CEU) Navigator.

What do I do if the update activity I am attending overlaps with the CertPro launch? |

Nothing to worry about. The activity and the points achieved will be properly tracked in our systems. Please be a bit patient with us, but be sure your points will show up in the Annual Points (CEU) Navigator in due course. We will continue to transition points that have been achieved under the previous EMEA recertification initiative into CertPro and the new Annual Point Requirement structure as described above.
Getting started |

Access to CertPro is easy. You can either log-in through the HP Student Portal or through the HP Certified Professional EMEA website.
If you access CertPro through the EMEA Student Portal please follow the usual log-in process with your HP Student ID and password. On top of the left hand side navigation bar you will find a link named "Access to CertPro" pointing you directly to your personal dashboard.
Should you wish to access CertPro through the HP Certified Professional EMEA website please use the entrance on the right hand side which will take you to the HP Student Portal. As described above please log in as usual and click on the link named "Access to CertPro". The website also provides an anonymous log-in allowing you to browse through the credentials the HP Certified Professional Program has on offer. Please click on "Credential Search".
Before you start enjoying your certified life with Certpro please invest a few minutes and read the information on how to use the Navigators. Please click on the "Getting Started" links on the dashboard´s left hand side navigation bar.
