These Service Qualifications have been designed for all HP Certified Professionals who already hold an APS – HP Designjet Solutions [2006] certification. Service Qualifications will further your ability to troubleshoot, repair and upgrade any HP Designjet printer from smaller desktop models to large Enterprise Multifunction Printer (MFP) models.
The successful completion of any new Service Qualification should always be your first choice in the Hardware Support continuous learning menu for the Imaging & Printing technology family. Note that neither re-taking Service Qualifications that have already been obtained nor re-passing the HP Designjet Foundations exam (HP2-B11 or HP2-038) are valid options to complete your continuous learing 2008 requirement for the hardware support focus area.
