These Service Qualifications have been designed for all HP Certified Professionals who already hold an APS – HP LaserJet Solutions [2006] certification. Service Qualifications will further your ability to troubleshoot, repair and upgrade any HP black-and-white LaserJet printer from smaller desktop models to large Enterprise Multifunction Printer (MFP) models.
The successful completion of any new Service Qualification should always be your first choice in the Hardware Support continuous learning menu for the Imaging & Printing technology family. Note that neither re-taking Service Qualifications that have already been awarded nor re-passing the HP LaserJet Foundations exam (HP2-037) are valid options to complete your continuous learning 2008 requirement for the hardware support focus area.
