HP recently announced credentials that will be expiring 1 June 2008. Below you will find a listing of these credentials along with recommended upgrade paths. If the certification you hold is one of the expiring credentials you may want to review the active credentials available to remain in the HP Certified Professional Program.

Note: The expiring credentials below are not being used in any partner programs including; Enterprise Product Authorization, Warranty Reimbursement, or Elite programs.

Your current credential status

If you wish to view the HP credential(s) that you currently hold, please follow these instructions:

  • Access the Member's site off Americas HP Certified Professional web portal
  • Enter your Student ID or Username and Password; If you forgot your password, a link is provided which will send your password to your email address.
  • After logging on, scroll down the page and choose "View Certification/Exam History"
  • Note: Expiring HP credentials will show a credential status of "Inactive" until 1 June 2008.

Understanding the credential expiration table
  • If the only credential you hold is an expiring credential and the "Credential to upgrade to" is "N/A", you will need to achieve any of the active credential in order to remain in the Americas HP Certified Professional program. Please search our portfolio for a listing of active credentials.
  • If you hold an expiring credential but not the "Credential to upgrade to" click on the updated credential hyperlink to determine the recommended path.
  • If you hold both the expiring credential and the "Credential to upgrade to", you have completed the recommended upgrade path and there is no action needed at this time.
