EastLink Terms and Conditions (Residential)
  1. Offer only available to new EastLink residential Internet subscribers.
  2. Time limited offer within date of purchase. Bill of sale may be required to qualify for offer.
  3. Limit of 1 offer per household for HP Pavilion personal computer system.
  4. Additional systems purchased for the use of home networking are eligible to be added to the initial package.
  5. Installation fee applicable.
  6. Not available outside EastLink Internet serving areas.
  7. Offer cannot be combined with any other EastLink promotion.
  8. Promotion period begins upon registration with EastLink.
  9. Ethernet card charge applies if HP Pavilion computer is not equipped or compatible with EastLink.
  10. Major credit card or pre-authorized payment plan is required to subscribe with offer.
  11. Regular monthly billing will apply after promotional period expires unless cancelled within accordance with EastLink service agreement.
  12. Installation lead times can vary depending on availability.
  13. Price of High Speed Internet and offer subject to change without notice.
