Program Steps and Timing

• Purchase an eligible HP printer between March 1, 2012, and June 30, 2012, and trade-in your old desktop laser / ink printer of any brand, and condition.
• Complete the online claim form.
• After you submit your online claim, you will receive a confirmation e-mail with the claim number and instructions on the next steps of the claim process.
• Customer ships trade-in product to HP using their own box and the shipping label provided.
• A check will be issued within 4-6 weeks from the date the trade-in for recycling products are received.
