Please note: HP Extended Service Plans can only be purchased within the one year standard manufacturers warranty

You get up to three years of: (Including the 1 year standard manufacturer warranty)

  • Convenient technical support while you're at home
  • Diagnosis of the problem with an HP representative, which may include sending you an easy-to-replace part, scheduling a visit to your home, or returning the PC to an HP-authorized repair site
  • Technical assistance with installation, configuration and setup, problem solving, and normal PC operation
  • Assistance with virus and spyware issues
  • Round-trip shipping at no additional cost (two days transit in each direction)
Extend coverage for two additional years beyond the standard warranty and get an immediate upgrade to Pick Up and Return from the day you buy this plan, which is available for both new and factory-refurbished Compaq desktop PCs (prebuilt and customized).

Requirements

  • Plan can be purchased up to one year from PC purchase date
  • HP has the option, depending on the hardware failure, to supply customer-replaceable parts, provide send-to-HP repair service, provide carry-in repair service to an HP-authorized service provider, or replace product.

NOTE*** Any 2 or 3 year termed service plan is the total number of years of warranty including the standard 1 year warranty. The 2 year service pack is 1 additional year on top of the standard manufacturer warranty and the 3 year service pack is 2 additional years on top of the 1 year standard warranty.**
