Before you print with Bluetooth for the first time, you may need to prepare your phone
for wireless printing. A few simple steps and you should be all set to print
(Note: Your phone may use different terms for the options listed below. Please
look for the term closest to the one used in these instructions.):

1. Turn Bluetooth on — Locate the Bluetooth option from the main menu of your
phone. Be sure the Bluetooth feature is set to on.

2. Add the printer to your list of available devices — Under the Bluetooth menu
heading in your phone you'll find a list of accessible Bluetooth-enabled devices.
Select add to automatically detect available devices within range of your phone.
If your printer's Bluetooth feature is turned on, the name of the printer will now
appear on your list.

3. Be sure your phone is visible to other Bluetooth devices — To interact with
other Bluetooth-enabled devices, your camera phone's signal must be visible. From your
phone's Bluetooth options, select visibility, and choose the show phone option.

4. Name your phone — This name will show on the printer and other Bluetooth-enabled
devices within range. Scroll to your Bluetooth options, select phone name, and enter
a name.

As soon as your Bluetooth is turned on and visible, you're ready to print. Your
Bluetooth-enabled printer will automatically detect your camera phone, create a
mini-network, and establish an electronic conversation between the two devices.

When the dialogue begins, a Bluetooth option menu will appear in the printer's
control panel. Follow the menu prompts, and in minutes, you'll be holding
colour prints of your camera-phone snapshots.

On the printer's control panel, use the Bluetooth menu options to select the images you wish to print.
Many HP photo printers feature a built-in image display, allowing you to easily preview and edit your
photos before printing. Scroll through your photo gallery to choose one or more images to print.

Most HP printers and all-in-ones allow you to preview your photos in a continuous slide show or print
out a photo index with thumbnail images to review before making your selection.

Next, use the menu options to edit or enhance your images before printing. Choose from editing actions
such as choose print size, crop, zoom, brightness, rotate, remove red eye, smart focus, and date/time
stamp. (Options will vary depending on printer models.)

Many photo printers offer the option of editing photos individually or applying changes to a selected group.
