Thank you for your interest in the HP TouchPad. We have been working to meet the overwhelming demand. Below are a series of Frequently Asked Questions:

 

Q: How can I find out the status of my order from HP Shopping?

A: Click here to check the status of your order. Enter your web order number and order date and you will be shown your order status:

  • If it shows Shipped, then your order has already shipped.
  • If it shows Admin, then your order is in queue to be shipped.
  • If it shows Submitted, then your order is in review and we ask you to please check your order status again the next business day.

Q: I purchased a touchpad at the original price at HP Shopping, will I get a refund?

A: Your credit card payment will be adjusted to reflect the new price of $99.99 for our 16GB model and $149.99 for our 32GB model.

Q: I purchased a touchpad at the original price at HP shopping and I would like to RETURN my purchase?

A: If you have decided to cancel or return your order, please send an email to buy@hp.com with Return or Cancel in the subject line and your order confirmation number. We will then contact you with return/cancellation details.

A: We do not currently have any inventory available. We cannot guarantee that more will be available.

Q: I purchased a touchpad at the original price at a local Retailer (Best Buy, Future Shop, Costco, Staples ) will I get a price credit?

A: Please contact the retailer directly to receive a credit for the price difference.
