The Business Support Center (BSC) is pleased to announce the site's new
look-and-feel, with improved navigation and new personalization features! We've
listened to customer feedback to redesign the
BSC site to make it easier to get the support you need. New navigation
makes finding the tools and resources you need for your specific product
simpler. And personalization features give you quick access to your support
information – saving you time so you can get back to business fast.

BSC's personalization features are available to you when you register and sign
in to the site. Take advantage of these features:

My recent downloads

Tracks and saves a history of the drivers and other software you download.
This download history is helpful to remember what versions of the drivers and software you have downloaded.
My warranties that may expire soon

When you check the warranty expiration
dates for a product, the serial numbers you enter will be saved and the
expiration dates will be tracked. When a warranty service for a saved serial
number is within 30, 60 and 90 days of expiring, the serial number will be displayed.
My recent documents

When you find helpful support documents such as answers to
support questions, new features, read me files, etc. you may track them for
future reference.

Once you register and sign-in, you will have access to the personalization
features. Then each time you visit the BSC and sign-in, your BSC session will
be fully personalized. You will be able to view your personalized content on the
right side navigation bar under "My support activities" for quick access. (For

the Most out of the BSC").
Also, if you are a registered user, when you access information about your
products, the BSC keeps track of your list of products. This lets you refer to
your product list for future reference and quicker access to the product
information you need.

To
personalize your BSC experience, you will need to register and sign-in.
Although registration is not required to use the site, registering on the BSC
enables the many personalization benefits that will save you time and help you
track the status of your HP products.
To register, click on "Register" on the left side navigation bar.
You
can always edit your registration information, such as changing sign-in and
other personal information. You may also edit your BSC profile information,
such as your product list, software and driver downloads, document list, etc.
